High FLOW TEST LOOP

The flow network can handle any pipe size with the entire MWD assembly.  We can also mimic bit and motor pressure drop.

The flow system can utilize a top drive and casing clamping system to drill out plugs / packers / retainers while recording torque, rpm, and pipe position.

The maximum trip speed for a particular packer can be tested by flowing by the packer in a section of casing.  This test can be done with the actual fluid at reservoir temperature.

There are many options for testing new equipment by flowing, pushing, pulling, twisting, and pressuring up.  These tests utilize our imagination to create fixtures and the ultimate test set up.

Fluid properties can be easily obtained by flowing through our pipe network.  The system allows for parallel or series flow through the network.  The fluids can be once through or recirculated.

Using the pipe network, we can shear fluids through the pipe network and monitor their condition with time.

Complete mud mixing and fluid handling facilities can be used to prepare custom fluids for usage with any application.  Commonly customers will try different concentrations and monitor the properties.
