Offshore Equipment qualifications

The ultimate dyno can be tailored to simulate the actual usage of tools and equipment.  This procedure can confirm that the tool design is appropriate for a particular application. The test can use actual conditions (fluids, flows, temperatures, etc.) to verify that the tool is not being asked to operate out of its limitations during its entire life cycle.

The Dash pipe network and data acquisition system can be used to verify pressure drops, fluid properties, and monitor fluid degradation.

Tools and equipment can be operated "until death" to verify the operational limits.  This can be through higher for longer usage or an understanding of the outcome of a quick surge.
